Updates to the 2010 STTARS schedule:

STTARS Round 5 has been moved to Horse Thief Mile. This will be your only opportunity to ride this track in 2010. Don't miss out on one of the more unique supermoto tracks in the country. It's been described as a rollercoaster ride on two wheels!

Round 2 has been moved from its original March 25 date and rescheduled for May 2 to allow riders an added week of financial recovery following the $tateline supermoto event. (Also due to my being away in Assen, Holland for SBK and tire testing the weekend of the the 25th. Don)

The October 25 Buttonwillow date was a typo (a Monday) and has been corrected to Sunday the 24th.

Tri-County Motorsports has posted the following contingency awards for All Classes at all 2010 STTARS events

Riding a Husqvarna or Husaberg and displaying 3 TCP logos
1st - $50 TCP Gift Card
2nd - $35 TCP Gift Card
3rd - $25 TCP Gift Card

Riding a Husqvarna or Husaberg purchased from Tri-County Powersports and displaying 3 TCP logos
1st - $100 ($50 Cash / $50 Gift Card)
2nd - $75 ($25 Cash / $50 Gift Card)
3rd - $50 ($50 Gift Card)

Must be a minimum of 5 racers in class to qualify.

Here is the Michelin contingency for 2010. Michelin is once again supporting the sport / series we all love with $18,600 worth of contingency. The best part about Michelins contingency is that it is CASH, not tire credits or store credits. You can use the money for anything you want. Michelin will be represented by Precepts Motorsports, as they have been for the last 5 years in the STTARS series. Precepts will be providing track side tire service at each of the STTARS events for 2010. Precepts will also be providing VP race fuel (with contingency, same as 2009) along with an assortment of other moto products.
